All vehicle who will be going to Megamall should be fully aware on this st. J.VARGAS because MMDA and Mandaluyong Enforcer used to be here at the corner for money making.
be careful on the white motorcycle park along the street waiting for their bait, however if this 2 corrupt enforcer was not in this easy money area, a replacement from MMDA will be on this post. i think they do have their own duty schedule.
