YELLOW LINE BOY'S AT GATE 5 SOUTHBOUND

PRIVATE VEHICLE BEWARE ON THIS AREA,

NO PRIVATE VEHICLE ON YELLOW LANE ESPECIALLY ON BUS STOP

A bunch of MMDA with motorbike along side of the bus stop is waiting for all vehicle came from connecticut that will surely use the bus stop lane to pass through is the most common mistake and income of this MMDA,.

Vehicle came from the connecticut st. especially does cars that goes to the Petron station will use the bus lane in this area.

Whereas on the end of the pink fence lies a bunch of morons waiting for a nice cars to goes in their trap, common is the rich people from greenhills who uses connecticut to go to edsa.

It is difficult to goes in the inner lane especially if you came out from the corner with a help of Buses blocking your way. drivers knows its more cheaper to pay for a MMDA rather than have an accident.

That why They are the most common victim of this MMDA Yellow Boy's, it's good they apprehend the violator, but can an MMDA issue a ticket to a rich car owner or should i say that will a rich car owner will easily get a ticket or will the money goes on with it.

This will be a big issue's for motorist who knows the MMDA Mission & Vision.

We notice in this area was,

Why does the MMDA are in the Area in the evening before they timed out in their duty.

Why theirs no enforcer in the Petron station to control the traffic in the bus stop, but their are almost 7 enforcer waiting at the end of the bus stop waiting for a bait.

Is theirs no MMDA along that area to help motorist not to force to go to the yellow lane.

All this MMDA in this area are pin pointed by the bus driver's as the crook of the road, if they can only hit them directly along the way, it will be the most best things happen in this area.

especially the RED HONDA SCOOTER is the best of the crooks,

MMDA ABUSE OFFENSES

MMDA abuses so many Traffic Violation

If any of these abuses seem familiar to you, you should call either the MMDA hotline (136) or call the METRO BASE at 0920-938-9861 or 0920-938-9875 and ask for an Inspectorate. They will send inspectors to the place where these MMDA officers are extorting, even while you are arguing out of your apprehension.

1. MMDA officers are not allowed to group together in order to apprehend.

They are not even allowed to stand together in groups of 2 or more. The only time they are allowed to work together is for special operations (probably when they apprehend groups of buses for smoke belching);

2. Swerving IS NOT a traffic violation. Moving one lane to the left or right is not swerving, no matter where on the road you do it. And it is even less of a violation when you do it with a signal. Swerving is defined as shifting 2 or more lanes very quickly. So you can argue your way out of this, and call the Metro Base for help;

3. Sadly, using the yellow lane is a traffic violation and will get you a ticket. However, buses are really not allowed to go out of the yellowlane, so if you see selective apprehension of private cars only, you may complain;

4. MMDA has confirmed that your license MAY NOT BE CONFISCATED at a traffic apprehension. The only time they can do so is if you are part of an accident, or it is your third violation and you have not settled your fines yet. They are only allowed to give you a ticket, which you can contest. He recommends actually receiving the ticket in some instances, so that you can report the officer who did it.

Also, you are free to ask any of these officers for their mission order, which is written by their supervisor. If they apprehend you for a violation that is not in their mission order for the day, you can report them and they will receive disciplinary action.

Now you know a bunch, you may now go out and drive safely

MMDA TO USE MOBILE TICKETING

Traffic enforcers of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will soon start using portable ticket machines (PTM) to simplify the issuance of citation ticket as well as expedite the verification of driver’s license of erring motorists.

MMDA General Manager Robert Nacianceno said the use of the PTM is part of the agency’s effort to upgrade its technology and automate the issuance of citation tickets to traffic violators.

“We are now training our traffic enforcers on the proper operation of these machines, which can bring a lot of advantages for us not only in terms of efficient enforcement of traffic rules and regulation but also in instilling discipline among our motorists,” Nacianceno said.

The device, which costs P80,000 each, will replace the old-fashioned traffic violation booklets manually filled up by traffic enforcers. It works like a cash register where the enforcer would key in the type of violation committed for the machine to turn out the appropriate ticket.

In using the mobile ticketing system, traffic enforcers will only need to swipe the driver's license to his portable ticket machine to know if the driver has previous unsettled violations.

“We will know for sure if the driver is using a fake driver’s license or fake traffic ticket,” he said, noting that spurious tickets, known in the streets as “talahib,” are still being used today by some unscrupulous public utility drivers.

The PTMs will be linked to the MMDA Metrobase so that proper identification of traffic violators will be easier.

“If he is found to be a recidivist violator, then we can confiscate his driver’s license and have it revoked at once and at the same time impound his vehicle,” he said, citing Republic Act 7924 that authorizes the agency to confiscate and revoke driver’s license.

Nacienceno added that PTMs cannot be used by corrupt traffic enforcers since the machine automatically records the transaction for the agency’s counterchecking.

"What we want to do here is to minimize contact between the traffic enforcer and the motorist, and prevent them from making any kind of under-the-table transaction,” Nacianceno said.

CORRUPT PASAY ENFORCER ALONG MACAPAGAL BLVD

Another dishonest enforcer seen along Pasay City in the intersection of Macapagal Blvd hiding in the trees

an enforcer waiting for a vehicle who surely will commit a violation (NO RIGHT TURN AT RED LIGHT).

you wouldn't see this enforcer but when and if you tried to take a right turn, you should have something nice to give or else hell no he will surely seize you.

at first this guy is strict but it all ends well in corruption, this guy is been monitored for 2 days as request for a certain mailer (mailed at philstreetcorruption@yahoo.com)

we'll all people has a good side and worst of all the bad side are the greatest.

tickets are issued to those who doesn't have any extra money to give especially those company cars or vans driven by poor driver's. the common mistake of or mostly the mistake of motorist in this area is lack of enforcer to implement their job, i think their job is not only issues ticket and collect some bad earned money, but they must enforce their job to control and maintain traffic within their area, bad thing with this enforcer is that his job is to play hide and seek with the motorist who will actually take a RIGHT TURN ON THAT AREA.

i do hope if the enforcer notice that the violation is common within the area, he should act it upon before some motorist will commit a violation,

Well this enforcer is good in seizing the motorist, but the bad thing with it is the corruption will surely take place, most of the time.

his not into issuing you ticket but rather waiting for you to give, this is only a petty corruption that is common here in the philippines.

if you do have additional experience just let all the readers know

disclaimer: NOT ALL POLICE & ENFORCER IS CORRUPT / WE ALL DO HOPE THAT THE REMAINING WILL DO THE RIGHT ONE
